I flew all the way from Canada to join this unforgettable South Iceland tour, and it has left me with so many precious memories. A huge thank‑you goes to our driver Roman and tour guide Song for their fantastic, professional service.
Guide Song delivered rich, lively commentary each day and always engaged with everyone in the group. It was clear to see how much all guests admired both our driver and guide.
I am truly grateful for everything they did and wish them every success in their future work and life. I cannot wait for my next adventure with Guide Song — chasing the northern lights up in the Arctic!

Our Iceland trip has come to a wonderful end. Our family of ten travelled here from the United States, and we are all really happy with this tour.
Our tour guide Christian planned everything really well. The pace was nice and relaxed, not rushed at all — perfect for older folks and kids. It was an international group, so he worked hard giving commentary in different languages. He’s very experienced and speaks several languages, truly an excellent guide.
We’d also like to thank our driver. He did a great job driving us every day and helped us with all our luggage.
We hope we can join similar international tours and see more of Europe sometime.

We’ve completed our Iceland trip and arrived back in the US.
This has been a fantastic journey, thanks to guide Christian and driver Roman for their professional service.
We had lovely weather every day, and Christian adjusted the schedule based on weather.
The first hotel was non-star but comfortable. Several later hotels were a little remote, but the agency arranged upgrades, so accommodation was great.

Our trip has come to an end. It is really an unforgettable journey.
At first, I worried that it would not be easy to communicate with Chinese group members.
To my surprise, the guide and most travellers can speak English.

Roman helped me with my wheelchair every day, and Yang pushed me around to see all the sights.
Yang also introduced every attraction in English, so I could easily follow all the information.
I felt incredibly warm here, just like at home.

导游还是尽职尽责了，但因为住宿酒店房间紧缺（不知是公司没有协调好还是其他原因），最后多人被安排到一个套间，给团友带来很大不便，很多团友非常不满意，可以理解。
大巴前排座位额外收费，似乎也不合理

酒店管理在旅游旺季存在力不从心，比较混乱
